Meet THE CEO
We are proud to talk about these two intelligent and inspiring women with their endeavor in relaying their business knowledge and prowess to their clients to shape a more environmentally-friendly and ethical brand. We are more proud to talk about these two women due to their shared background in pursuing a post-graduate education from Foster School of Business. Both Lindborg and Henderson emphasize on the importance of diversity, not just towards the LGBTQ+ community, but other minority-owned companies. “5 years ago, we were certified as LGBT-owned business and women-owned business. Since we were certified, they opened up a lot of opportunities for us. There are about 150 Fortune 500 companies which have dedicated with working with all the diverse companies - African American, Asian American, veterans, LGBTQ, women, Hispanic… any kinds of minority-owned businesses." Furthermore, they noticed that the big opportunity that has been widely offered to them ever since they were certified was due to the world's gradual acceptance in diversity and its benefits. Lindborg and Henderson said, "Many companies has said that diversity is good for business since they get different ideas, help grow their businesses, and allow employees to bring their authentic selves to work... [In turn], they’ve been helping us greatly with the financial support. So when we got certified, that opened up our eyes that we could do business with huge companies.”
